Obituary
On June 4, 2022, Luke Wolthuis went home to be with his Heavenly Father.
In 1958 Luke left the Netherlands, saying goodbye to his mother and father, two sisters, and two brothers to immigrate to Canada where he found and married the love of his life, Trudy. They were married for 61 years and had a beautiful family together of six children: Albert (Janet), Andrew (Fran), Margaret (Derek), Grace (Gene), Susan, and Mark (Angela). He was the proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren, two of whom preceded him into glory: Brendon, and Spencer. He also leaves a legacy with 4 great grandchildren.
Luke will be laid to rest at Little Mountain Cemetery on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 in a private family ceremony. A Service of Remembrance and Celebration of Luke's Life will be held on Wedneday, June 8, 2022 at Trinity Christian Reformed Church beginning at 1:00pm. All are welcome to attend the service in honor of Luke's life.
