On Wednesday, August 21, 2013, James passed away at the age of 92 years.

He is survived by his loving wife Winifred; sisters, Andrena Jowett, Joan (Don) Strachan as well as numerous relatives and friends.

James was predeceased by his parents, one brother, and two sisters.

A Memorial Service will be held at Foster McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 Street, Edmonton, on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.
