Mr. Steve Korodimas of Edmonton passed away on January 24, 2013 at the age of 70 years with his family by his side.

Steve will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Soula; daughter, Effy (Angelo); sons, Nilos and Procopis (Michelle); and, his beautiful granddaughter – the apple of his eye – Anna-marena. Additionally, Steve is remembered by his brothers Sam and George (Irene), numerous nieces and nephews and extended family and friends in Canada, the United States, Greece and around the world. Steve was predeceased by his father, Nilos; his mother, Efstathia; brothers, Peter, Kostas, Emmanuel and Perry; and, sisters, Athena and Georgia.

Steve was well known for being kind, generous, hardworking and a loving man. He devoted his life to his family and friends and we will all be forever grateful for the significant impact he made. We will miss him dearly, but he will live on forever in our hearts until we are reunited.

A Trisagion (Prayer) Service will take place at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 - 114 Street, Edmonton. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at St. George’s Greek Orthodox Church, 10831 - 124 Street, Edmonton, with interment to follow at Westlawn Memorial Gardens, 10132 – 163 Street, Edmonton. Father John Kaoukakis will be officiating.
