On September 29, 2012, Ina Katharine Shultis passed away at the age of 88 years.

She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Pat (Brian) Faulkner; son, Ken (Deb) Shultis; six grandchildren, Jason, Jill (Sam), Jeff (Amy) Faulkner, Amanda (Joe) Fink, Sarah (Craig) Erickson and Blake Shultis; and one great granddaughter, Arianna Faulkner.

At Kay’s request cremation has taken place and no service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society (10531 Kingsway Ave, Edmonton, AB, T5H 4K1) or the Edmonton Humane Society (13620 -163 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T5V 0B2).
