Patrice Michelle Levin Kell, born January 2, 1956, passed away February 8, 2022, lovingly surrounded by her family.

Patrice is survived by her husband, Nigel; three children, Alisha (Tim), Aaron (Marie), and Joshua; three grandchildren, Alissandra, Pall, and Jon; her puppy, Lilibet; mother, Leone; and her siblings, Debra, Dean, Darren, Dawn, and Koel. She is predeceased by her father, Richard, and her dog, Muffy, all of whom she loved deeply.

Patrice was born in Avonlea, Saskatchewan to a large, extended family of farmers. Patrice struck out on her own at a young age and received a BSc. in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. While Patrice began her beloved family of three, she was also an ambitious and successful entrepreneur. She started her first business, a personnel agency, which in its field became the largest and most prestigious in Canada. After twenty-five years, she sold her company and founded a school teaching the authentic Montessori method. Ever the entrepreneur, after selling the school, Patrice created a boutique focused on vintage Hermès scarves and other luxury goods. She was just on the cusp of launching yet another school, specializing in etiquette and manners for children.

Her true dedication was to her family. She was passionate about celebrating seasonal holidays, always meticulously decorating her home, hosting lavishly themed dinner parties, and cherishing family celebrations. She was devoted to spending time with her children and grandchildren, giving them all that her exceptionally generous and overflowing heart had to offer.

Patrice was known for her bright and vivacious personality. She loved to entertain, travel, write, and was insatiably curious and well read. She yearned to one day travel amongst the stars. We imagine her doing just that now.
