On March 16, 2017, Jenny passed away peacefully at the age of 92 with family by her side.

Jenny was predeceased by her loving husband, Dirk, in 2004; and by three brothers and two sisters.

She will be dearly missed by her children; Abel (Tena) Horneman, Betty (Vern) Schubert, Hilda (Harm) de Jonge, Annette (Lloyd) Crosswhite, Jenny (Gary) Fiebich. Jenny will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. She is survived by one brother (Bob Dykstra) and one sister (Hilda Westerhoud).

Her gentle spirit and love for family and friends will remain an everlasting memory in our hearts.

A Visitation will be held between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Connelly-McKinley Edmonton South Chapel (4820 Meridian Street NW, Edmonton. Access is via 17 street & 76 avenue).

A Memorial Service will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 24, 2017, at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, 49257 Range Road 250, Leduc.
