Wouter (Walter) Bakker

Born April 3, 1932 in Gaast, Netherlands, Wouter passed away peacefully on December 1, 2015 into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior.

Wouter is lovingly remembered by his wife of 58 years, Corrie; four loving daughters, Anita (Ed), Linda (Michael), Diane (Dave), and Debbie (Randy); 11 grandchildren and their spouses as well as three great grandchildren. He is survived by numerous extended family in Canada and the Netherlands.

Dad (Pake) brought us much love and laughter and a great appreciation for nature.

Thank you to the wonderful staff on Unit 3A/B in Dickensfield Extended Care Facility for their love and care for our husband, Dad and Pake.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m., Friday, December 4, 2015 at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427-57 Street, Edmonton.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
