Suzanne Visser

In Loving Memory of

Suzanne Visser

(Maiden: Mageau)
of Edmonton

Suzanne Michelle Visser (nee Mageau) of Edmonton passed away peacefully on December 23rd.

Suzanne leaves behind her loving husband Dennis Visser; her eldest daughter Heather MacDonald, husband Donegan and grandsons Harry and Theo; her youngest daughter Lindsay Mussell and partner Drew; her loving mother Angele Mageau; her four siblings Murielle, Henriette, Monique and Denis; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews. Suzanne was predeceased by her father, Pierre Aurel Mageau.

Memories of Suzanne’s vibrant, fun-loving, generous personality will be cherished by many. Suzanne was born and raised in Edmonton. She was a successful real estate agent with Remax, a demanding job she enjoyed. Her second marriage, to Dennis Visser, was a mid-life blessing for both of them. Together they enjoyed many first-class trips to places such as Cancun, Niagara Falls, San Francisco, New Orleans and best of all, a river cruise in Europe to her favourite city, Prague. Suzanne was a stunning woman who loved dressing up for a fancy night out with Dennis. She was a great cook who loved trying new recipes as well as making her classic dishes.

Suzanne was a "dog person" and had several much-loved canine companions throughout her life. Donations in memory of Suzanne Visser can be made to HART: Humane Animal Rescue Team www.humaneanimalrescueteam.ca.

There will be a Memorial Service to celebrate Suzanne’s life on May 16, 2015 at 4 p.m. with arrangements by Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011-114 St, Edmonton.
