Please accept my deepest condolances for the loss of my friend Mickey. I met Mickey at the Ottawa airport fall 2003 and remained friends ever since. We even visited him in Williams Lake in 2005. He was the nicest and sweetest person. we often chatted and shared a 'dram" while chatting on the phone. He was an amazing person and I marveled at his ability despite his vision loss. I will never forget him and will miss his calls. Jennifer, Damon, Anastasia and Charlotte

Very sorry to hear about your dad. He was a great old Brit and we will miss him in the puddle! He sure loved to bring out the album of his girls, the twins, to show them off to all his buddies. So very proud of you. I will miss our visits. K
posted by Robin Blair : I have known Mickey ever since he came to Williams Lake. Many fond memories of our times together with all the family and especially the Flying club. We sure loved to have a few rums together! Really enjoyed his belief of UFOs and many a conversation around his UFO detector! I miss him very much. (Robin) : Jan 16, 2013

Wishing you my most sincere sympathy. Cling to the memories and let them find their way to heal you. Sincerely Shirley O'Connor
posted by Shirley O'Connor : Have known Mickey for many years, also Myrna and the children when they were little. My husband Cyril and I also delivered Meals On Wheels to Mickey until my husband died last March 26 2012. We enjoyed Mickey's positive spirit and hearing about Tammy's visits from Ottawa and about the twins. : Jan 12, 2013
