Dear Andree, I think of you & Len from time to time and how we met in such a beautiful place called Ixtapa. It saddens me to learn that Len has passed away :( ... I hope that you are doing ok .... Happy birthday, by the way ... Doreen Would love to reconnect with you.

Dear Andree and Family: I am very saddened to hear of Len's passing and very sorry that I could not attend the memorial service. Back-stage at opera will not be the same without his smiling face and gentle greetings. It always seemed like everything was under control with him there. At each opera, he would tell me to make sure that I get some food at intermissions and would tell those of us musicians milling around that we should come to the pizza party with the cast. He always made us smile. I can only imagine the number of hours that he (and you) have volunteered for opera and symphony and how many friends you and he have made over the years. I will greatly miss his stories, his smiling face and his presence. With love, Liz
