Erin and Courtney we just wanted to let you know how very sad we are about the passing of your Mom. Even though we have not seen her for a very long time, your Aunt Hilary has updated us regularly about all of her wonderful accomplishments. We don't have to tell you what a kind, caring person your Mom was and how much she will be missed. We are thinking of you, Love Lynn and Mike Hoadley, Victoria, B.C.

Erin and Courtney I am so sorry for your loss. I was deeply saddened when I learned of your mom's passing. Unfortunately, I was on a road trip and learned of her loss too late to make it back in time to share my condolenses to you in person. Your mom meant a great deal to me. She was my friend and my mentor. I have often spoken of her gift of healing with children and how much she has taught me. I am glad to have shared even a little bit of time with her and I will miss her deeply. She was truly one of the best of the people I've known in my life. She had a passion for helping children and especially children who had experienced trauma. She helped so many! I pray that God comfort you in this time of sorrow. Blessings Troy

Sandra brought light and love to all that met her. She was both a professional mentor and a friend. She truly was one of the kindess women I had the honour and privledge to know. Her ability to connect with children of trauma was extraordinary and anyone who saw her in action could only stand back and be in awe of her gift. I send my deepest sympathy to her daughters, you have lost a wonderful mother and we have lost one of our Earth angels

I have had the priviledge to have Sandra in my life, both personally and professionally. She was truly an Angel with all the children she worked with. We shared many good times together. She spoke at our wedding and enjoyed my son Aaron. I am so so happy that I was able to spend time with here this past Christmas. Lynn Miller -

Our condolences in particular to Erin and Courtney, and to all who knew and loved Sandra. Our thoughts are with you all at this time. We all are better for having known and been in the company of Sandra over the years. We will miss her wry wit and the generosity and caring she showed to us over the years, especially when we lived in or visited Edmonton. She has been particularly in our thoughts over these past months, and we know that her spirit and vitality will live on in the people she touched, and the projects in which she engaged. Love to all

My condolences go out to Erin and Courtney, and to all who knew and loved Sandra. My thoughts are with you all at this time. I believe that all those who have come into contact with Sandy whether that be personally or through work are better people for having known her. Sandy was my mentor and became a great inspiration for my path in supporting and assisting children who have been traumatized. She was a loving, caring, passionate and highly motivated individual who always went over and above. She is an inspiration and will be dearly missed.

I have had an opportunity to meet and know your mother through her passionate care for children who have had difficult backgrounds. She was an amazing person and had so many gifts. She had such a wonderful spirit. I will remember her very fondly for all of the tenderness, care, passion and skill that she offered children. I wish you peace with this terribly difficult chapter of your life as you face the passing of your mother. May you find comfort in knowing she is flying with the angels and her radiance has made the heavens brighter.
