Brown Dr. Robert

In Loving Memory of

Dr. Robert Brown

of Edmonton
Dec 28, 1943 - Mar 4, 2012

Dear Sandi and Carmen, I was saddened to read about the death of you father, Dr. Brown. He was my doctor for a time and the one who discovered a medical condition - he was kind. A loss to many communities and to your family. May memories of his love for you bring you comfort in times of sorrow and support you during you times of sadness.

I am deeply saddened by your loss. I am a colleague of Dr. Brown (Bob) and looked up to him as a mentor and confidante. He was a very compassionate, intelligent and practical doctor...truly one of the best. Above all, he was an outstanding human being whom we all looked up to and strived to be like. He was most generous in every way. He even allowed me to stay in his Phoenix home when I was visiting. He will never be forgotten and truly missed.

It is with deep regret to hear of Dr. Robert Brown passing. He was my physician for many years. Very understanding and kind natured doctor always listens with both ears when I have to see him even at short notice. May he rest in peace? Ellington Phillips

We send our heartfelt condolences to Sandi and Carmen and their families. Not only did Bob dedicate his life to serving the public, he was such a talented man. I (Garth) can still see him practising the 'Flight of the Bumblebee' on his accordion when I was young. With this song, he won first place at a competition at the Jubilee Auditorium. He taught us how to barbecue a whole salmon to perfection. I have fond memories of the times spent together with the Brown family on the farm at Eckville. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sandi and Carmen We are so sorry to hear that your father has passed away. Please except our deepest sympathies. We will miss the occasional chat on the driveway and impromptu walks around the neighborhood. He was a great friend and neighbor. Regards, Rina and Richard Witzke

We are saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Bob was a medical classmate of my brother Rod Boychuk, and our Mom, Katherine Boychuk's medical doctor. Mom passed away last month at 98 years of age - Bob was a wonderful, caring and compassionate man, and always took the time with his patients, no matter how behind his schedule was! May the memories you hold dear to you be a comfort at this time and always. Sincerely, John and Darlene Blackett

Very sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Brown, I know he will be missed by many. He served as a terrific Doctor in the community for a life time. He was my doctor for almost 30 years and I will never forget how helpful he always was to me and to my children. Sorry for your loss of a wonderful man.
