Hi Aunt Brenda, Hillary, Bonnie, and Allison, I am so very sorry for the loss of Uncle Ray. To say that he had an impact on my life is an extraordinary understatement. Uncle Ray, through his amazing example, helped me choose my career and gave me something to strive towards. He was kind, calm and supportive with me. He inspired me to choose my career path and demonstrated humility and character that I strive to display as a man! I was lucky to spend time with your family during gatherings, and privileged to spend a glorious week at the lake: fishing, canning, and bonding with the men! A week at Francois reminded me of the beauty of nature, the joy of simple family activities, and nudged me forward with my future goals. Having the cabin is a wonderful tribute to Uncle Ray. Whenever I remember it, I see his smile and know he loved being there with all of you! I am so sorry that I cannot make it up for the funeral tonight. I have a previous commitment that I just cannot change. Please know that Uncle Ray and all of you are in our prayers and we hope you can find some peace in this difficult time. With all our love, Brian, Sherry, Melissa, and Jennifer Farion
