In Loving Memory of

Robert Claney

Carole Bea, we were deeply saddened to learn of Bob??s passing. He had, as we say in French, a ??joie de vivre?, a zest for life that combined with his insatiable curiosity made him such a wonderful raconteur. We have warm memories of the many dinners we shared with you both at the Edmonton Country Club during which the jovial Irishman would regale us with his repertoire of well worn jokes, always told with his unique panache. One of Edmonton??s finest has now gone on to his reward. May his memory be a blessing.

Dear Carole Bea We are so saddened to read of Bob's passing recently. We will always cherish our memories of dinner at Jill's home and all the laughs that we shared together. Bob's personality was infectious and he brought such joy to so many people who had the privilege to meet him. Please know that you are in our thoughts.

Dear Carole Bea, It is with sadness I send sincere condolences for your loss. I will remember Bob as a charming, charismatic guy who was a pleasure to be around. I have great empathy for how difficult the last months have been for you, and the times you still face. May the support of loving family and friends help you through this extremely stressful time. Carol Bea, we knew from Mark that Bob was in hospice, and that he had passed when we saw the flag at half mast in his honour at the Country Club. We both always enjoyed Bob's humour and personal interaction skills. You both brought a lot of support for each other, and we know Bob will be missed by you and the wide variety of his friends. Our sympathy to you and all your family.
