Condolences

In Loving Memory of

Jay Metheral

of Edmonton, AB

The last time I saw Jay was at his wife Bobbie's funeral. He stopped coming the North Edmonton Seniors Association after that. He was both a member and a volunteer. We used to tease each other on the regular. I would shout "HEY JAY" and he'd yell "Hey Amber" and we would startle every one around us...then we would just laugh. I have thought about him often and was looking through some old photographs and came across his. That's when I thought I would look him up. I was sad to hear the new. I know it is really late but I just wanted to send the family my condolences. He was a great man and will never be forgotten around here.

My prayers and support are with you. I met Jay when he moved in to his apartment here, he was my next door neighbor. He was a friendly ,kind and considerate man with a sense of humor and enjoyed playing Bingo often winning. We shared our frustrations and concerns adapting to all the changes here in 2018 and dealing with the challenges dealing with health problems,. He will be missed Fay Malabar
