Doug and I are members of the Country Sunshiners Square Dance Club and remember dancing with Edwin for many years. He always had a smile on his face! I remember him talking so tenderly about his wife and we admired his dedication to her with his visits. We were especially happy when Edwin's grandaughter Danielle came along to support her grandpa and learn to dance with him. What love! He lived a long life and touched many people's lives. He was active and involved and interested in other's life. Our thoughts are with your family as you bid goodbye to your patriarch. What a fine gentleman he was! We are sorry that we cannot attend the funeral as we are currently traveling outside the province.
