The LORD took home to Himself, Henk Nieuwenkamp on Wednesday, April 24th, 2024, at the age of 95.

He now joins his wife in glory, Korien Nieuwenkamp. He was very thankful to his Lord for his many years with family, friends, and caregivers. He will be greatly missed by his surviving brother, Roel (Adie) Nieuwenkamp; his two sisters, Dien Nieuwenkamp and Jopie Vrielink; his sister-in-law, Willie Nieuwenkamp-Hoogendijk; and his children: Henry and Karen Nieuwenkamp, Albert and Maryse Nieuwenkamp, and Korien Sampson; his eleven grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.

A Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving is scheduled at 2:00 p.m. on May 3, 2024, at the Trinity Reformed Church (13427 – 57 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5A 2G1). Reverend M. VanderWal officiating.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made toward the Emmanuel Home. (13429 – 57 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T5A 0T8).
